NDI equips church leaders right where they live and minister. We partner with those who give sound, biblical training to grassroots pastors and evangelists. This usually happens in the form of mobile training seminars and conferences. There are also some programs where the leader comes to a training center in their own country for a few months of intensive study.

NDI is partnering with Biblical Training to provide free seminary courses online, so that church leaders can study right where they are. In particular, the Leadership and Ministry Preparation (LAMP) curriculum is 21 courses that contain the basic knowledge an informed follower of Christ should possess.

We also equip church leaders with tools such as Bibles, EvangeCubes, and Proclaimers to share the Gospel. EvangeCubes are a simple visual way to present the Gospel doing street evangelism. The Proclaimer is an audio player with a 15-hour battery that contains the Gospel in a native language. It can be easily be heard by a group of 300 people.
